Custom manufacture takes time, but you should never be left guessing. Allow 10–12 weeks from Formal Order confirmation and full payment as the normal planning range; your Portal shows the latest recorded major stage while the Order moves forward.

Where available, the customer, installer or nominated carrier collects from the warehouse named in the Formal Quote.

Outside standard delivery limits?
We will tell you before the Formal Order is confirmed. Any additional cost, or an alternative delivery or collection point if the nominated address cannot be serviced, will be confirmed in writing.
WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES
Check it before it is moved or installed.

Delivery terms and exceptions
- Production and transport dates are planning estimates until confirmed for the specific Order.
- Carrier redelivery, waiting or handling charges may apply if confirmed access, unloading or receiver arrangements are not available.
- Packages may arrive separately if the confirmed freight arrangement requires a split delivery.
- Do not book installation until the complete Order has arrived and its condition has been checked.
- The Formal Quote and confirmed Order documents take priority over general website guidance.
